I'M TROY LAING

For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated my life to human performance — starting in fitness at 15 and evolving into entrepreneurship, mentorship, and high-level transformation work. I moved from Australia to Newport Beach with my wife and four kids to build something bigger than myself: a life rooted in discipline, longevity, and purpose.

My path wasn’t easy. I overcame addiction and a chaotic upbringing, which forced me to rebuild from the inside out. That experience shaped the system I teach today — grounded in resilience, structure, and real-world execution.

In 2023, I founded Culture OC — a performance-driven space where science-backed tools and community support come together. Because with the right tools, mindset, and accountability, any man can become who he was built to be.
